There\u2019s no shortage of insta-perfect cafes in Paris\u2026 but that\u2019s also a bit of a problem. Where do you start? On my first trip to Paris some ten years ago I didn\u2019t know what I was getting myself into, but I knew I was going to love it! I\u2019ve been back several times since and I gain a deeper appreciation for the city of lights with every visit. I\u2019ve also found a few of the most fabulous cafes in Paris over these years and I want to share with you some of my favorites! Get ready for some lattes and croissants, along with some insta-worthy moments at these cafes in Paris<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1. REPUBLIQUE OF COFFEE<\/a><\/h3>\n

Location: 2 Boulevard Saint Martin, 75010 Paris<\/p>\n

Colorful bowls of fruits and veggies and coffee cups full of foam art top the tables of this trendy coffee shop that\u2019s so cool-looking it practically begs you to take photos. If you\u2019re feeing adventurous, go with the vanilla charcoal latte\u2026it\u2019s out of this world and also super pretty!<\/p>\n

2. CAFE OBERKAMPF<\/a><\/h3>\n

Location: 3 Rue Neuve Popincourt, 75011 Paris<\/p>\n

You had me at all-day brunch. Caf\u00e9 Oberkampf is the most popular little hipster caf\u00e9 on the scene in Paris and when you get there you\u2019ll understand why. They\u2019ve paired a fresh take on French caf\u00e9 favorites with clean stylish design and it\u2019s everything you could want.<\/p>\n

3. CAFE DE FLORE<\/a><\/h3>\n

Location: 172 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris<\/p>\n

It\u2019s one of the oldest (and prettiest!) coffeehouses in Paris. Caf\u00e9 de Flore has seen many celebrities cross through their garden of an entryway to enjoy a coffee. And you can too!<\/p>\n

4. CARETTE<\/a><\/h3>\n

Location’s: 4 Place du Trocad\u00e9ro, 75016 Paris; 7 Place du Tertre 75018 Paris and 25 Place des Vosges, 75003 Paris<\/p>\n

Do not leave Paris without visiting Carette. The macaroons and eclairs and pastries of every color and variation you could imagine are all on display at this charming patisserie. And they\u2019re all to die for, so bring your sweet tooth and empty stomach when you visit!<\/p>\n

5. LES DEUX MAGOTS<\/h3>\n

Location: 6 Place Saint-Germain-des-Pr\u00e9s, 75006 Paris<\/p>\n

One of the most famous of the cafes in the Saint-Germain-des-Pres neighborhood is Les Deux Magots. It\u2019s where the literary and intellectual once met to discuss their ideas and theories. And you can enjoy a coffee in the same spot as France\u2019s greatest thinkers!<\/p>\n

6. ODETTE PARIS <\/a><\/h3>\n

Location: 77 Rue Galande, 75005 Paris<\/p>\n

This totally-underrated caf\u00e9 and patisserie will make your Instagram followers double-tap in envy! Stop in to Odette when you\u2019re near the Notre Dame Cathedral for a their famous choux \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me. Their adorable little cr\u00e8me puffs are as delicious as they are cute!<\/p>\n

7. LA CAFEOTHEQUE<\/a><\/h3>\n

Location: 52 Rue de l’H\u00f4tel de Ville, 75004 Paris<\/p>\n

This coffee shop is perfect for true coffee-lovers. La Caf\u00e9oth\u00e8que sources their coffee from specialty single estates around the world, giving you a global menu of options lined up on the wall behind the bar! The coffee is delicious and the caf\u00e9 is too cool, with a garden wall and refurbished wood furniture all around.<\/p>\n

8. AU VIEUX PARIS D’ARCOLE<\/a><\/h3>\n

Location: 24 Rue Chanoinesse, 75004 Paris<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll recognize this caf\u00e9 instantly from your Instagram feed. Au Vieux Paris features a whimsical fa\u00e7ade covered in soft purple dollops of wisteria, and when you step inside you step back in time to the old Paris that the name suggests. You cannot miss this beautiful little caf\u00e9 on your next trip to Paris!<\/p>\n

9. LA ROTONDE DE LA MUETTE<\/a><\/h3>\n

A classic Parisian caf\u00e9, La Rotonde de la Muette is beautifully designed. You can enjoy a formal meal inside or just sip a cup of coffee outside while you watch the world pass by. Offering far more than coffee, La Rotonde is somewhere you\u2019ll want to visit time and again!<\/p>\n

10. LE NEMOURS<\/a><\/h3>\n

Location: 2 Place Colette,<\/span> 75001<\/span> Paris<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Nemours is the perfect spot to sit out with a cappuccino and people-watch near the Louvre. But don\u2019t miss the opportunity to step inside and gaze up at the ceiling, it will blow you away! It\u2019s the perfect caf\u00e9 to enjoy your morning in Paris.<\/p>\n
